Exercise of options and total voting rights

Fusion Antibodies plc (AIM: FAB), specialists in pre-clinical antibody discovery, engineering and supply for both therapeutic drug and diagnostic applications, announces the exercise of options by an employee of the Company.
The employee has exercised options over 135,000 ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an exercise price of 4.25p per option. To satisfy the exercise the Company is issuing 135,000 new Ordinary Shares (the “New Ordinary Shares”). Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (“Admission”) and it is expected that Admission will be effective, and dealings will commence in respect of the New Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on or around 8 June 2026.
Following Admission, the Company will have 125,156,878 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury and therefore this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
